Family Courts A Broken System
This course provides an overview of how the Family Court system fails to meet families' needs in Parental Alienation cases.
In this course, we'll focus on the following:

Why the Courts are Failing. A look at how the nature and structure of family courts are oriented towards profit and conflict, both of which work directly in opposition to parental alienation cases.

The Choice: Stay or Leave the Family Court System. Once you have some insight into the Family Court system's shortcomings, deciding to continue or leave the Courts can be extremely difficult. We'll take an honest look at both of these options.

If You Choose to Stay in Family Court: If you choose to stay in the Family Court system, there are some things you should do to best position yourself for success and protect your emotional and financial health.

If you choose to Leave the Family Court System: This decision is not made lightly, as it comes with both benefits and challenges.
